Fetchez la Vache

The realization has sloooowly dawned upon me that with Jack no longer allergic and She Who Must Not Be Named gone, I can cook with cows’ milk again.  And butter.  And cream.  And cheeses other than chèvre.

Fettucine Carbonara.

Milk and onion gravy over breaded pork cutlets.

Welsh Rarebit.

Whole wheat toast with butter and honey.

Mmmmmmmmmmm.
